"<p>Ed came to the house on scheduled appointment day and listened to all my concerns about the house. He provided an estimated for work. When I approved the quote, he set up a date for work to be done. Mike and Keith were at the house early on scheduled day and let me know when and what they were working on. They corrected a lot of electrical challenges in this house and everything works so much better now. The garage was an electrical disaster and they made it more functional. Everything worked like clock work. Utility company were prompt in coming to turn electricity off and back on. They had done a great job in setting everything up. Proper permits were posted on the house and the inspector approved everything after all the work was completed. They were so professional!! "Arrived on time. We discussed the location for the motion light fixtures and the security cameras. They completed the work in about 5 hours and worked diligently to complete the work In a timely manner. I was kept informed about the entire installation. They installed the camera video cables in the attic and fished it though the wall at my HDTV. They even connected the cameras to the DVR and allI had to do was turn power on. Would definitely use again. They were very courteous and professional in the quality of the work they did."

They wanted the business because they contacted me before I could contact the first electrician on the Angie’s list- somehow they got an alert from Angie’s list that someone was looking for an electrician. The only issue is the fan we bought was too small for the hole already there. They installed it anyway and now I have to repair the Sheetrock. If I had known it was too small before they installed it I could have gotten a different one, but they said I would have to pay for the visit anyway. I thought the price was a lot for the time spent (over $500), but maybe that is just what electricians cost today."

"I haven't got my gift card yet. I haven't completely set up the system yet. My wife and I had to go out of town and I had it set up for the most vulnerable places.  <br /> <br /> I thought the gift card was supposed to be here within 30 days. The house was flooded in Aug. I didn't realize I couldn't set it up, the first part of the house we did after the flood was the den. But we bought a lot of our stuff and kept it in the den because we could only get a small storage bin. 20000 people looking for storage space, there weren't any left. Most of the stuff I have was stored in the den and it has 8 windows, so the windows where the system was going was in the den.  <br /> <br /> Now the motion detector and security system has been set up except for a few window magnets. The alarm is working fine and working correctly.  <br /> <br /> Any problem I had I called customer support and they walked me thru the steps. It was a great price for a home security system. Then for $37 a month, you spend that much on beer for a weekend. I have nothing to complain about so far. It appears to be top notch. The software updated as soon as I turned it on. It was pretty easy and I think anybody would be able to set it up. I activated it and the tech support was great. They were very polite and cordial on the phone.  <br /> <br /> Very professional. It's a fair price for a fair deal. As far as I am concerned it is a great product and the tech support was great. There isn't any place else you can get this good of a security system for this price.  <br /> <br />"
