"Mary Peterson, CEO & Lead Designer, and her assistant arrived early in the window promised. This is an interior LED landscape (in the atrium) lighting, five lights with one not working - I already determined it was not the bulb. Mary quickly isolated the problem, a faulty junction, replaced the part and made a new run to the fixture- let there be light! Both were friendly, efficient and restored the garden so that you could not notice what work had been done. I hope I don't need NOL again but if I do, I will call them first. Which reminds me, A large local lighting company gave me five recommendations for someone to work on this problem. I contacted three of them and none of them returned my inquiry. I called Northwest Outdoor Lighting on my own and received a call back the next morning. I will be contacting that lighting company and insist they add Northwest Outdoor Lighting to their list of recommendations."

"Joe came and proposed a plan of lighting for our long driveway, parking areas, and house accents.  Joe was honest with his recommendations and didn't try to over sell anything. We were impressed with his plant knowledge, landscape ideas and vision of lighting accents. We approved the design and his team came and installed the lights a week earlier than they had planned so that we would have the lighting for a holiday party!  The crew was respectful, easy to work with, neat, and finished their work on time even though a piece of their equipment broke and had to be replaced.  It was hard to give an "A" for the price because lighting is not inexpensive to have installed but we got another quote which was higher and Joe had far more expertise. We highly recommend this company, Joe and his crew! <br />"

"Jeff showed up on time in the 2 hours window appointed; provided proposal estimate for outdoor floodlight repair.  I approved it.  He bought some parts andfinished the repair; all done under 3 hours.  Did not have to come inside house to repair the lights.   Total cost was cheaper than an estimate provided to me by Bel Red Electric last year. <br /> He also asked if I had any other repair concerns; explained my electrical panel to me; and inspected burned out light with promise to provide estimate for repairing it.  The only problem now is that the one light he did not fix because it was working will not go on at the same time as the two lights he did fix.  He also said he would email me a quote to fix an under-counter kitchen light but never did."
