"Requested a quote on Monday and (thanks to some unexpected rain) Mike and Jonathan gave me a quote the same morning and Jonathan and Jesus were able to start work the next day. All three guys were nice and communicative and really made me feel like they cared. I had my old one piece tub/shower removed, the shower head raised (no more back bends while rinsing my hair!), and a new four piece shower/tub installed with new hardware. The price they quoted ($3800) was well below other quotes I’d gotten (mid-4k) and the timeframe (2 days) was far shorter than the other companies who said it would take a week to complete the project. I cannot recommend Diplomat enough! I supplied my own tub/shower unit (purchased prior when another company just stopped responding mid-scheduling), and the relief I felt at the guys being able to do everything so quickly and with such care is hard to express. I’ve been trying to schedule with various plumbers for over a year now, so thank goodness for finding them! These guys are fantastic, their business card now lives on my fridge and I will 100% be going with them for any future plumbing jobs. I’m so beyond happy to have a working tub/shower AND for them to have gotten it done in less than two days!"

"<p><br /></p> James and his crew located the leak under the concrete floor with their detection equipment, then they had me remove the clothing hanging in the way, the leak was in the master bedroom walk-in closet, after hanging protective plastic they cut through the floor with jack hammers and found the bad pipe. They removed part of the wallboard to gain access to the other end of the water line. They replaced the section of water line with a corrosion proof water line. I was given the choice of either having them call their concrete repair team or doing the work myself to repair the floor. I chose to repair the floor myself to save a few dollars. The owner of the company and his staff were courteous and friendly. They arrived exactly when they said they would and they did an excellent job. <br />"

"I initially called another highly rated plumber listed on Angi (in addition to issues with water heater, I had a kitchen sink faucet to install and clogged drain). When the plumber arrived, he looked things over and said they'd get an estimate to me later in the day (they had no intention of performing any work during this visit even though I had asked when making the appointment). A few hours later I received my estimate which included a replacement water heater when no diagnostics had been done on the my unit . . . absolutely none (plumber literally looked at it and that was it). I started looking for another company and came across The Water Heater Company (also had great reviews), but I still reached out to a friend of mine to ask if she had a company to refer (she's won't let anyone pull the wool over her eyes) and she told me she used The Water Heater Company. That was all I needed to hear and immediately called. I spoke with an associate by the name of Billy and he couldn't have been any nicer and was very knowledgeable. Billy took the time to ask specific questions and had me flip breaker switches so that he'd have some basic diagnostics to include in the service call. Kevin was the tech who came out and again, I cannot be complementary enough. He was nice, knowledgeable and explained everything after he did a thorough diagnostic. Long story short, the issue was the power coming into the unit, but he didn't stop there. He investigated the issue further and found there had been a "fire/explosion" of sorts where the wiring was connected to the top of unit. He removed the damaged wiring and reconnected the water heater and it's working beautifully! Kevin gave me a full cost breakdown of a new unit just in case I run into another issue (my unit is about 6 years old). I received email receipt of the repair along with a cost of a new unit if/when the time comes. I am not sure where The Water Heater Company's pricing falls within the range of others, but I'd hire them in a heartbeat because they are thorough and honest . . . . traits that just seem to be hard to find these days. I just wish they were a full service plumbing company!!!"
