"Our project went very well. Our project was to completely replace a 23 year- old second story deck. We looked at several contractors as we considered the project. Casey/Heavywood took the time to suggest changes to the deck design that would increase the usable space both above and below the deck. The project was completed on schedule. The Heavywood crew was attentive to our needs, especially minimizing the time a roll-away dumpster was placed in our small driveway. We had many companies come out to advise us what we could do with a wet muddy area right off of our screen porch. Each one advised the only thing to do was to make a dry creek. Iraci from GP came out and drew out exactly what we had in mind! She brought samples of pavers, wall material, and granite, and worked with us every step of the way. "Very professional job. Jeff takes great pride in his work and personally assures that his customer is satisfied. When a delay happened, we were appropriately notified and rescheduled. The pea gravel was laid and flagstone stepping stones lifted and relaid, border stripping laid to keep gravel from the pinestraw. The only disappointment was the beige/whitecolor - not as desired to match the flagstone and blend in with the pinestraw. When Jeff was notified, he came right out, we discussed and he promptly picked up the that pea gravel and replaced it with the appropriate color. The whole time Jeff remained professional, polite and conversational - a true gentleman. We would definitely hire him again in a heartbeat."
