"It went well for two years. This year they never came on time. They came twice and both times it was after I had already shoveled. I called to cancel service and they asked to be given another chance. The next time it snowed they didn't show up at all. I cancelled service with the understanding that they would reimburse us for all but the two plows they "did". When we finally received our check it was prorated for 5 plows. I called again and was basically called a liar. We have surveillance and asked them for the dates and times of the supposed extra plows. They were unable to provide those dates and times, because they didn't happen. It's a shame. We need some landscaping done and I would have hired them, even with the bad experience with snow removal this year. Now I think of them as both unreliable and dishonest."

"Had always used Tender Lawn or AAA....thought I might try to save some money this year. Wished I had looked in Angie’s List before giving them my $! Take a look at all the F ratings and WHY they received their F....same for me. Late season start, poor quality results...etc. The thing that bothered me the most after ALL 4 applications (I got rid of them after 4) I had to blow of fertilizer from my driveway sidewalks and patio. Now, as I walk through my lawn, I have NEVER had more weeds. Remember the old saying....you get what you pay for!"
