"Adam installed a pet door for us. Doesn't sound like a big deal, right? Actually, it is a pretty big deal to do. First of all, the door where the doggy door needed to go was double-glazed glass with metal grids between the glass panes, and the door is steel-clad. Second, our dog is a Great Pyrenees and 30 inches tall at the shoulder - she's a giant dog and needs literally a giant-sized doggy door. Adam was an excellent communicator during the entire process of ordering the right parts and coming to the house to perform the installation. He was on time and did a professional job. I have installed doggy doors myself for this beast of a dog, and I have paid other professional doggy door installers at other homes to provide that service. Adam's finished product is head and shoulders above what either I or other professionals that I've hired in the past have delivered. First rate experience, first rate workmanship. "Straight Line put it new Fence after original was damaged in tornado in Feb 2018. They did a great job it seemed but some of the boards were warped started bending more after. They originally told us it was a bad batch of wood. They said they would replace the boards. Then crickets. So I put a review on Facebook they got in touch and asked us to remove the review and they would fix the Fence but because it was covid and things were on back order it would take a bit. I understood this and was patient. I was blocked on Facebook from commenting or messaging. So I couldn't get back. Tried to call no response back. The boss himself gave me his word he would take care of us to please take the review down. My mistake was taking it down before the work was done. It was all lies they never came back. My Fence is popping and looks like crap till this day. Avoid this company they only want your money they do not care about the customer."

I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to complete any similar projects or any other woodworking jobs. I have used them for two other projects already.
