"I found Kentucky Quality Flip through a recommendation from a friend who had used them to remodel a bathroom. He was happy and I needed someone who could help me with a house I had just bought. The house had been abandoned for over a year so it needed everything from - new flooring, new bathroom fixtures and tilework, drywall repair, paint, kitchen cabinets painted, new sink, new light fixtures, stairway railing, etc. Lazaro had good input and ideas to help keep costs down. Overall, this was a terrific experience during pandemic times when I couldn't even get other vendors to call me back. Lazaro and team are hard workers who stand-out for showing up on time and completing work on budget."
