"Rich responded quickly. He got here and looked everything over and estimated. He made initial repairs that day. He came back the next day and replaced all of my breakers. It’s been perfect ever since. Highly recommend."

"From our initial request for an estimate to install of a Generac generator to the completion of the work, our experience exceeded our expectations. The estimate was detailed and professional. The technician, Bryan who did the work was knowledgeable, very organized, explained the job thoroughly and the end result clearly demonstrated his abilities through his excellent quality of work. The overall customer service of all the staff involved was commendable. We would highly recommend Sean, Jeanne and their excellent team."

"Within minutes after submitting an inquiry, Seamus contacted me to find out specifics of my project and although he provided an estimate, he was receptive to coming out for a site visit before I committed. Edward came for the preliminary site visit and afterwards, I accepted their proposal. Cliff, the installer, communicated with me with scheduling and was very professional and easy deal with. Edward performed an inspection after install to make sure everything was done properly. "30 Years ago when the heat went out at work on Christmas eve at 2am, Astar responded immediately !! Now today as a homeowner, when my furnace stopped working , I called AStar first!! ( not because the name starts with an A). Kyle the Service tech, could not get to my home because the roads were closed for a local event. He had to park his truck a mile away and carry his tools and parts. Instead of postponing the appointment, my heat was repaired quickly ! I am glad to see there level of service continues to exceed expectations ! Ed , Kyle deserves a Raise !!"

"We are very appreciative of the prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous service we received during our generator installation. We highly recommend this company to anyone considering the purchase and installation of a new home generator."
