"Precision Lawn was great about setting up the original appointment. We scheduled it for Tuesday, June 17. Unfortunately, they ran late that day at other jobs and had to reschedule. These things happen and I did not mind rescheduling, but I would like for them to have contacted me when they  knew they would not be able to make the original appointment time. Jason from Precision Lawn contacted me the following day and offered to give me an extra half yard of mulch at no cost to compensate me for the inconvenience. I thought this was a nice gesture on his part and it more than compensated me for my time. We rescheduled and Jason and his crew of 4 workers showed up as promised even though the heavy rain that day did delay them slightly. They worked quickly and completed spreading the mulch in all the beds in about 1.5 hours. They then cleaned everything up and left the yard, driveway and walkways in pristine condition. I was impressed with their work ethic and the quality of the work as well. I am very happy with the overall experience and I plan to use Precision Lawn again in the future. <br />"

"My mother 88 yr old has arthritis and has a hard time doing the gardening work she has loved all her life. Now with the heavy landscaping done she can enjoy her gardening without having to do the heavy work. Specifically the gardeners show up and ask my mother what work she needs done that day, repot a plant, move a heavy pot, trim a tree, etc. All that she asks for gets done for her. The men are respectful and kind to her. In particular the wide edging along her sidewalk was a lot of work; but they did as she asked.
