It was a rainy day with high humidity so the paint was slow to dry for them to apply the second coat. So they offered to return later in the day to apply the second coat and finish up. Other concrete companies I'd contacted either didn't return my calls, said they would show up for a consultation and then were no-shows, or didn't respond for over a month.
