"I needed to have my 2 story home deep cleaned. I work full time and really wanted to have the type of cleaning done that I can't keep up with, so I wanted to hire professionals. Mayra responded promptly, gave me a fair price and estimated that it would take her and her sister about 6 hours to do the job. They arrived on time and I have to say, they did a very thorough job. She even went above and beyond by cleaning the ceiling fan and light fixtures in our family room and kitchen which have 20 ft vaulted ceilings! They cleaned all the blinds (we have 15 sets) and my husbands bathroom (which was a job I dreaded), did a thorough dusting, cleaned the tops of kitchen cabinets, mopped floors, etc.. However, she underestimated the time, and they were still here after 8 hours, never taking a break.(I even paid her more than her quote because of the length of time it had taken). By the time they got to the kitchen, (which they did last) I think they were exhausted. Since they had been here so long I did not want to be hovering over them while they were working. From the other room we had heard a LOT of beeping going on while they were cleaning the kitchen so I knew they were cleaning the microwave and/or dishwasher. Since I wasn't watching them, I have no proof, but my dishwasher has not worked properly since they were here. It could be a coincidence, but it worked fine up until their visit. We are getting our house ready to sell, now we'll have to have a serviceman out to look at the dishwasher and because of that I rated slightly lower. She does great work, and I don't think you'd be sorry for hiring her, but just keep an eye on things. If you hear a lot of beeping...check it out."
