Trent was very attentive, helpful and customer service friendly until we paid in full for two Palm Trees that we expressed concerns with how the Pslms were planted and one was crocked and one half brown. The gentlemen Trent sent to dig holes to plant the Palm Trees, admitted to ?not knowing anything about Palm Trees.? They referred us to Trent, who gave us the run around since June 5, 2025. We went out of town to do business to Salley because Trent seemed willing to help and answer all of our questions and assured us that he would be on the job to plant the Palm Trees, but he was not, nor was he available on that date to come to our home after we expressed our concerns. I?m very disappointed with the lack of customer service, Palms appear not to be planted correctly, and his lack of honesty and follow-up. Don?t let Trent fool you, upfront begore the job, because we didn?t experience the same after paying. God bless you everyone and please do your homework."

"They gave me an estimate for a 25 ft X 12 ft paver patio, and to remove the existing pavers and haul them away. It took them four days, just to not finish the project, they just left without saying anything to me. They did not level the pavers nor complete what they said they were going to do, they did not clean off the pavers like they said, and it not straight, and they left sections unfinished, I had to put rocks in the spots where they left just dirt , just so my dogs don?t dig holes or play in the dirt, and they didn?t lay the foundation with the proper materials, so the pavers are wobbly, and some are already starting to crack for their shoty work. They don?t know how to lay patio pavers. "
