"I was very disappointed with the service overall. He did remove a stain on my couch. My high traffic areas look the same and all the dirt on my steps was pooled to the edge of the step. I still to have my carpet cleaned."

"He arrived on time and was very nice. There was a lot going on in the place (water was everywhere) but he still started working. I was there for the first hour or so that he was so I did hear him cleaning the upstairs carpet. I did leave and trusted he would do what we discussed. I showed up this morning and the floors were definitely clean and the bathrooms were as well. Im not sure if I misunderstood what surface areas meant or not so maybe it’s my fault. To me that means doors, baseboards, etc. All were still very dirty. It’s highly possible he did wipe them and the stuff didn’t come off. I guess my only complaint is we talked about the top fridge and I specifically had a conversation with him and asked if he was going to do that and he said yes he always does the fridge. Sadly when I showed up this morning the top of the fridge was still extremely dirty and so were the sides. Everything he did do was done well. "

"Work was excellent. Mike removed all wrinkles from carpet and you’d never know they were there. He was unexpectedly short handed the day we were scheduled, and he still showed up, worked very hard, and stayed late to make sure the work was done right. Would highly recommend him."

"Carpet was really dirty and they cleaned most of dirt. Said wear spots may not come perfectly clean. Looked at it the next day and was very happy how well the carpet cleaned up. Said if I was not satisfied with any areas he would come back. Nice job will use again."
