"The quality of work was great. All of the workers were exactly what you would hope for. We had work on an exterior wall, interior wall, sliding patio door replaced, new vinyl flooring by two doors, lots of wallpapering, and carpet replaced, requiring different workmen on different days, stretching the completion time over a few months."

We have 3-5 employees servicing Greater Cleveland area. Discounts to senior citizens of 10% of total bill always! Our 1-year warranty on all labor is standard with us. We keep an outstanding network of subcontractors for referrals for the repairs we are not highly experienced in. Our company, as a member of our local Better Business Bureau, keeps an A-rating. "* Fraud Do Not Hire* Hired Dave Blankenship owner of Dave's Construction Design llc to build a retaining wall and do a complete remodeling of a bathroom. Gave us a quote and was paid $7,800 in October 2022 had excuses that we thought were legit and he stayed in contact till March 2023 when he was supposed to show up to start the jobs. Stopped answering calls and text from my husband and myself. He took our money and ran and is posting on social media him out at the bar. Sad you can't trust people anymore. Do not hire this man or his company."
