"Keystone Custom Decks has been wonderful to work with during all phases of our deck project. Ron came up with some ideas based on our list of wants for a new outdoor space. We worked on those ideas and visited the showroom several times to compare materials etc. The final design was beautiful and fit our needs perfectly. All Keystone’s employees and subcontractors did a great job building the deck. The landscapers prepared the site and landscaped after the deck was complete. The concrete crew and stonemasons were excellent. The building crew, led by Reuben, was superb. Many of our friends are in construction and they all commented on the quality of work and materials. "The quote was extremely quick and the service was scheduled within a few days of first contact. On the day of the service the crew arrived and got right to work. The seal coating was applied via brush and roller and was completed in about 2hrs. The crew did a great job edging and hand applying the coating near the garage and sidewalks."

I contacted Michael about some water we were getting in our basement and needed another bid because I never go with just one bid when I am spending this kind of money. Michael not only gave me an estimate but spent 2 hours educating me on how this works and why it works the way it does. The price was higher than the others but the quality shows it. His team is not a bunch of sub contractors that don't care, they are all his employees and the guys take pride in their work. There were no surprises either, and he told me up front the cost and the time and actually finished earlier than the time estimated, they even did the little details like putting in air fresheners to get the basement to smell nice.
