They were very knowledgeable about their business and personable. This is the first time I have hired a contractor that I did not have to go behind them and do some cleanup!!! Their work was meticulous and any question or concern I had was addressed or corrected promptly (color change was my fault). They even went the extra mile to correct and advise me on some things we needed to correct. This was the best experience I have had with any contractor and I have hired many over time. "Charles came with two sons. He had injury to his left foot just a few days before I contacted him. He came with crutches and supervised his sons. All three are very polite. They turned off every light and locked the doors every day before they left, unlike my general contractor and builder who frequently left the lights on and door unlocked, even one time they left with the key in the dead bolt. I didn't tell Charles and sons to lock the doors and turned off the lights, they did it with their professional ethic. They also notified me the numerous defects done by my builder- the most important one being the leak from the spigot pipe causing water under my bed room's floor. I contacted Charles to repaint the interior and repair the ugly area of wall in prominent view which had been repaired by my builder and his worker six times and still ugly and also the painting was patchy. Charles and his sons corrected all. I am very pleased with them."
