"Let me start with: HIRE PAPERTOWN. You will be grateful you did so. I can not say enough about Marcus and his incredible work ethic, a rarity these days. I had a different pressurewash group cancel a few minutes before their appointment time. I went back on Angi’s and found Papertown Powerwash. I explained I was having an operation in an hour and wouldn’t be able to walk him through my needs, but texted him a list. He came out and quietly walked my property, then called me later in the day with a quote- the quote is exactly what I’ve paid in the past so that felt reassuring. I called him on Tuesday and by Friday afternoon had my home squeaky clean. He took extra care working on my old house in the woods, making sure it looked it’s best. One of my best friends was here helping me. He has been in construction over 50 years. He was doing a few things on my house too and noted how kind Marcus is, offering to help if he needed his ladder moved and other things. My friend came in and said, “You know, it’s not often people go out of their way to help people. I really liked how Marcus spoke to me, how kind he was.” I’m still recovering from surgery, but went out and spoke to Marcus myself. I completely agree with his assessment. "Your problem solved not only did a total rip out of our bathroom but Dylan and Jared did all the work from installing the tub, the tile the vanity , installed all the plumbing fixtures , painted , repaired sheet rock , installed electrical switches , heated flooring and in addition they installed storm doors , deadbolts and cleaned up everything after each day of work , we didnâ t have multiple contractors in and out and in addition they installed a whole house water system, Dylan s expertise might be plumbing however he did a fantastic job on everything and he provided a detailed bill before they started and a detailed invoice afterwardsâ ¦ the cost was well within our budget and when it comes time to redo our basement, there is no doubt who we will call..
