"Project - newly remodeled single story ranch with a bay window, oversized windows and regular windows. Partitioning several sections of interior with sliding panels. Communication was excellent with my assigned rep. He gave suggestions, practical tips, design styles and brand qualities and free samples. Explained the entire process up front. They have excellent varieties, styles, builds and with more color choices than competitors. Shipping was also very quick or prompt. Tracking was excellent. Packaging was extra secure and solid, especially on the longer sized blinds. Installation was simple and can be done by any DIY'er. Helps if you watch the available install videos on their website. Customer service was excellent. Easy to contact by phone or email. Reps are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. One occasion, no questions asked on needing to replace one of the larger blinds due to workmanship build (a brand product - not their own brand). It was handled quickly and shipped within a few days. Saved thousands of dollars over other vendors (who had less products and choices). I receive a lot of compliments on the blinds (& colors schemes), but get rave reviews on the partitioning sliders."

"They did a good job. My carpets didn't look dirty at the start, but after cleaning the colors were much deeper and more vibrant. The workers are very polite and courteous. This is a little mom and pop operation and you work directly with the owner. They came out the same day I called to give me an estimate, and did the work two days later. "The entire experience from the estimate to the finished job was absolutely flawless. The company operates in a totally professional manner and provides written estimates which are detailed and cover all aspects of the work. They scheduled the job and then arrived as scheduled. They did quite a bit of stucco repair before the painting actually began and when there was a glitch in the color of the paint they not only had the problem corrected, they actually matched a color I had in my mind that was NOT on any color chart. Excellent! They were very careful and protected young plants around the perimeter of the house, they were meticulous in the application of the paint and covered windows and tile floors and vigas so that not a drop of paint ended up in the wrong place. Absolute professionalism! The men were polite and courteous and answered any questions I had. The house had not been properly painted in 16 years and they made up for any 'neglect' beautifully. My home is now looking absolutely like new and I am a very satisfied customer. I highly recommend Engel for their professionalism, attention to detail, responsiveness...what more can a customer ask for?"

"I provided the labor to do the cleanup and it took about 2 weeks to get the job done. The process enabled the house to be completely mold safe and passed the testing the 1st time. The job was so large that Dave wasn't sure if we would pass the 1st test. We did pass because we followed Dave's advice to the letter and his on site technician made sure we clean the mold correctly. I would highly recommend him to anyone that I know!!!"
