"Ray is a very nice guy. He did a wonderful job cleaning my windows, removing stubborn sea salt stains and leaving my windows crystal clear. I highly recommend him"

"Prompt and professional. Did a great job cleaning my exterior windows and cleaning my gutters."

"Unfortunately this company has deteriorated over the years.
I am in a position to know as I have used their services for over twenty years-
but never again! The workers and the owner
were rude, , unwilling to do the job completely and overcharged me. They
refused  to dust clean the screens or the
bottom of the metal window frame (not the inside wooden sill) ; a bit like
going to the car wash and having them refuse to clean your roof or your tires. I
strongly suggest you look  for another
company.
Here are some more details.
- The two team members showed up a half hour early at 7:30
am and rang the doorbell when the appointment was at 8 am. When I told them I
would be ready for them at the appointed time, they told me if I was not, they
would leave!
- then when they came in the house, I asked to take them
around to show them the various windows and what they needed to do in terms of
particular access etc. The fellow was furious sand said? I don?t have time for
this. I know how to do my job?.
- When I saw them cleaning ,I saw they were not cleaning the
base of the window frame ( not the inside sill) which was filthy. I also saw
that they were not wiping the screens . When I asked them to do that they said
they would charge $3.00 extra to wash the screens and that they don?t clean the
bottom of the window frame!
- Then upstairs, they were unwilling to clean a skylight
window that has been cleaned every year ; and they were unwilling to use a
ladder to clean a higher up window in the studio that has been cleaned every
year.
 - When I saw all
this, I called the office and asked to speak to the manager /owner who was
clearly there , but I was told he was not and would have to call  me back. When I called back, I did get to
speak with him ,but I was sorry to have done so: instead of trying to reassure
me , a long time customer, he started to insult me and say that I was the
problem. Too bad that I want the window cleaning company to dust the screens
and clean around the frame and clean the same windows they have cleaned in
years past !He threatened to have his guys walk away from the job and not
finish!
-Then when the job was done they handed me a bill that was
larger than the one the office had said the job would cost. It was only when I
called the office again they the office manager said, no, it was a mistake and
I should only pay what they had quoted me.
- When the worker left, he said don?t call me to come back
next year. I assured him I most certainly would not!

"I was delighted with my experience with GSJ Cleaning. I knew my deep housecleaning would be a challenge and Junior responded promptly and professionally. He came by the next day to provide an in-person estimate. I was comforted that he came to see what was required and gave a fair price. I accepted his offer and he and his associates arrived exactly when he said they would. They did a wonderful job, with great attention to detail. My kitchen and bathrooms are sparkling clean, the refrigerator and oven are spotless. They vacuumed all carpets, mopped all tiles, and dusted all surfaces, baseboards, doorways and window sills. They were professional and I would happily hire them again"

"Fantastic work! They exceeded my expectations. Cleaned all of our windows - even several that I forgot I had. We've hired window cleaners before with mixed results - these folks were great."

"Rooster Maintenance did an outstanding job cleaning my windows. I also had them clean my gutters.. Fantastic job was done on windows and gutters. Definitely would recommend this company"

"Excellent. Very efficient . Everything was cleaned"

"I’ve been using this cleaning service on an ongoing basis, and they are truly excellent. Their attention to detail is far beyond what I’ve experienced with other companies—every visit leaves my home looking spotless, organized, and genuinely cared for. Both regular cleans and ad hoc deep cleans. They’re also wonderful with my pets, which gives me huge peace of mind. My animals are comfortable around them, and they are always respectful and thoughtful when working around food/water areas, pet beds, etc. I think my dogs look forward to the cuddles! I appreciate that they use high-quality cleaning products and take the time to do things the right way. They’re also incredibly consistent and reliable—same level of quality every single appointment, always on time, and great communication. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, detail-oriented, and professional cleaning team, I can’t recommend them enough. They’ve made a huge difference in my home and weekly peace of mind!"
