He was extremely careful with all the plants around the deck and did not get any product on any plant or other surfaces. He stepped carefully in the adjacent flower beds and held plants away from the areas to be painted so plants would not be harmed by being covered. Although not necessary, the company owner Heath stopped by to ensure everything was being done to our satisfaction. Heath had promptly provided an estimate and followed up to ensure the work was completed within a small window of acceptable weather. Although not cheap, we are glad we used J&H Painting and will consider them for additional projects for either interior or exterior.  <br /> <br />"

"Provider mud jacked my 30 ft front sidewalk and the end 1/3 of my front porch. took approximately 4 1/2 hours. They used 8 tons of material to do both jobs. They started the job at 7:30 AM and drilled all the holes for the sidewalk. There were two areas on my side walk that had sunken into the ground. The second area had actually dropped away 12 inches. We had a 12and quot; and a 15and quot; step off that really caused a lot of trouble. It took half of the material they had brought to level it out. Now it is perfect. <br /> I asked them to also take a look at my front porch. which they did. It had several cracks where it was sinking. We had them use the rest of the material to fill the 8 inch void. They were successful in in stabilizing the slab, and hopefully preventing further cracks in the foundation as the weight of the roof of the porch is not on the injected mud, and not on the footing of the slab. <br />"

"Price quoted was lower than the others to perform the exact same work. They arrived when they said they would, they cleaned at the end of each day and thoroughly after the last day. We have a large roof and it took 5 days. The only issue we have is not with Iossi directly. The company that delivered the supplies cracked our driveway and we were told by that company that they will fix it but after a couple of phone calls we still have a cracked driveway ."
