"AVOID!!! The previous owner was a good mechanic... but there is a kid named Brandon who bought it and the quality went to zero. I had Brandon change inner and outer tie rods and had to bring it to Firestone for the alignment. Brandon had screwed up the torque and didn't use Loctite when installed. The rods had loosened. When Firestone opened it up it turns out one of the inner tie rods had not been changed! Brandon said it was a defective part and the coating had rusted out. (Highly unlikely.) He changed the part "under warranty" and I STUPIDLY had them change brake pads and rotors and flush the brake fluid. Going down a big hill the brakes didn't work properly and I went right into an intersection and nearly got creamed by a truck. HOLY SH*T! Furious I called Brandon and they bled the brakes. They hadn't gotten all the air out. But ZERO apology for almost causing my death. His promised to refund me the brake fluid flush over the phone and reneged in person. I had to threaten small claims court and he relented. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!"
