She is soft spoken, respectful and always has a pleasant smile. We have cameras installed throughout our home and never once has Lisa or any member of her staff gone through our stuff. What we've seen consistently on the cameras is Lisa and her staff working hard and cleaning areas we have never even thought to clean.
