"I called a week ago for quotes for a mosquito spray this last Saturday. I had two other companies lined up to come and spray our yard, but cancelled as truegreen was cheaper. I never heard back by Thursday on when they would be out. Got in touch with them again and they said it was never possible for them to be here before Saturday. By that time I couldn’t get any company out and me and my guests were eaten alive by mosquitoes. I now hear they will be here tomorrow, at this point I am extremely upset and will never schedule service with them again."

The day we agreed to do the work there was little to no communication (despite my messages) with no updates on what is going on. I asked the following day to see what the plan was (gave them the benefit of the doubt, things happen); the response was "I showed up yesterday and the tree was bigger then we expected, we want 3X the price we quoted". 1. If you are going to quote site unseen you should hold up to your commitment. I didn't force you to quote without coming out to look at the tree, I provided my best guess on size (its not a 90' or even a 40' tree). 2. If you show up to look at my property, come talk to me and discuss your concerns. 3. Expect a honest review of your (un)professionalism"

The new plumber who replaced it showed me how the initial diverter's spring was broken during installation. Very disappointing, especially the fact that they did not take ownership of breaking the part and charged me an exorbitant amount for installation. They wanted the same exorbitant amount to install the new part."
