"     It took approx. 2 months to get the color Temko Shingles that we wanted. Performance Roofing started the replacement the day they were delivered. Frank, Charlie and the rest of the crew did an excellent job installing them for the working conditions. Temp was around 5 degrees. "A rep for the company came and gave the installation and sale details. They arrived a week after I contracted them. It was February so they could start right away. The roofers were excellent and answered all questions as they went along. They discovered major rot under one side of the home, took pictures to show the damage and then explained how they would repair the damage. The repair was excellent. They removed all debris without a single asphalt piece or nail surrounding the home. The roof looks great and I feel pleased that I will not have to think too much about replacing a roof again in my lifetime!"

"Dave is extremely professional and explains everything he recommends doing then creates a detailed written proposal. <br /> Scheduling wasn't an issue with us since we gave Dave a window of and quot;before winterand quot; (7 months). He gave us an approximate service date of about 2-3 months from deposit date. But then he came out in less than one month. I have had contractors delay their start date before - but very very rarely has one been early like Dave. <br /> Dave takes a LOT of care with the environment around the work site. Each day that he worked, his friendly crew completely cleaned the site. At the end of the job (4 days) it was almost as if they'd never been here - except for our very nice new roof. <br />"
