"Took 6 weeks was supposed to take 2. Didn’t know how to tile penny rounds correctly. Promised it would be fine when grouted—-it wasn’t . Grouting doesn’t hide bad tile work. They cracked the original marble threshold and didn’t let me know. They promised to redo it and they were paid. Nearly 5 months of excuses later and it’s not done and honestly we don’t want them back in out home at this point. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company."

Came back removed forms and cleaned up area. Friendly and worked in between repeated rain storms over 2 weeks to get done."

"I get a monthly bill for their services. There was some confusion where some of the plants got taken out; one plant that wasn't supposed to be taken out, was taken out, which was okay because at the end of the day it probably should have been taken out anyhow, but it wasn't on the list . So basically, the guys who came to do the landscaping work kinda screwed up. The owner said do you want me to replace that thing that we took out by mistake, and I said no because it probably needed to come out anyhow. It was lapping over into the driveway, but they weren't supposed to take it out. He asked me if wanted to have it replaced and I said no it was fine, and basically what I said was from now on, any time we're doing any kind of landscaping or pruning the bushes or whatever, either he has to be here to supervise it or I have to be here to supervise it. So he did this; he sent us a picture of what should be taken out and the guy still took out the wrong thing. So the agreement we have now is none of that kind of work gets done unless I'm supervising or the owner is supervising. Since there was no damage done, I'd probably make this a B across the board. I have a yearly contract with them. That's how much I respect Turf Master and the guy who owns it, so I keep a yearly contract with them."

"Because of a scheduling glitch, Nick called to tell us the concrete suppliers would be closed for the long weekend.  He bumped up our job to 7/1 - and from the moment he arrived on our job site, he went right to work.  Being sure all the forms were ready, setting a center stake to be sure our slab would be level.  Meeting the concrete driver at the road and leading him up the property so our lawn and trees wouldn't get damaged.  Then Nick showed how his many years of experience would provide us with a top notch finished project. <br /> He poured and finished a 16'x20' concrete slab with 20 sonotubes and a mono fill pouring 5 hours.  It is amazing to watch how skilled he is.  The finished slab looks like a sheet of grey glass, just beautiful. <br /> <br /> He is skilled, professional and just a great person to work with.  I would hire him back for any of my concrete jobs.  I also would recommend him to anyone looking to have concrete work done."
