"Took 6 weeks was supposed to take 2. Didn’t know how to tile penny rounds correctly. Promised it would be fine when grouted—-it wasn’t . Grouting doesn’t hide bad tile work. They cracked the original marble threshold and didn’t let me know. They promised to redo it and they were paid. Nearly 5 months of excuses later and it’s not done and honestly we don’t want them back in out home at this point. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company."

"Norbert and Adam are wonderful to work with. At a time when it’s difficult to find contractors who do what they say they’ll do, Norbert stands out… he and his crew are a joy rather than the typical headache! And their work—it’s just beautiful. We were so happy we hired him again to redesign our house’s front entry stairs, and stamp our front walkway, driveway lamp posts, and house foundation. This is where Norbert really excelled. He knew that we needed to reinforce the wall to support the generator… and he was right! As soon as we finished that, we planned our next project… a new stamped concrete driveway to replace our old asphalt one. They just finished it last week and it’s a WOW! "I get a monthly bill for their services. There was some confusion where some of the plants got taken out; one plant that wasn't supposed to be taken out, was taken out, which was okay because at the end of the day it probably should have been taken out anyhow, but it wasn't on the list . So basically, the guys who came to do the landscaping work kinda screwed up. The owner said do you want me to replace that thing that we took out by mistake, and I said no because it probably needed to come out anyhow. It was lapping over into the driveway, but they weren't supposed to take it out. He asked me if wanted to have it replaced and I said no it was fine, and basically what I said was from now on, any time we're doing any kind of landscaping or pruning the bushes or whatever, either he has to be here to supervise it or I have to be here to supervise it. So he did this; he sent us a picture of what should be taken out and the guy still took out the wrong thing. So the agreement we have now is none of that kind of work gets done unless I'm supervising or the owner is supervising. Since there was no damage done, I'd probably make this a B across the board. I have a yearly contract with them. That's how much I respect Turf Master and the guy who owns it, so I keep a yearly contract with them."

He took measurements and, after all that, said that he thought asphalt would probably work better on my driveway. Basically, he talked himself out of a job. Now, that's honesty! He recommended a colleague and I can only hope he's as good!"
