"In September 2024, my daughter Kim and I, and Mr. Mundy contracted for the demo of the existing deckings, haul away, and brand new siding using Trex materials purchased on my credit card. Materials and labor costs were ran over what he quoted, however the main issue is that Mr. Mundy pressured us to pay prior to inspecting the work. He promised that he would return to complete any items still needing attention. Items need his attention and he is has been unreachable. These items include but are not limited to gapping of the planks, unfinished ends, a mat that was left halfway under the lattice and half way exposed, materials left underneath the front deck. Cigarette butts and trash were left all over the site."
