"I have a 70 year old house, with 70 year old wiring. It has been a struggle to find an electrician willing to work back through time. I would call for a simple request, install on an outlet, and most of them would immediately start trying to pressure sale me on rewiring the entire home. Siting the current code, and insist that I needed to update the entire system. What I really love about Victor is he understands the current code, but also understand the grandfathered in codes. He was able to find a marvelous, workaround to my entire home not being grounded. It’s no underestimation that this company literally saved me thousands of dollars. I had one estimate of $25k to rewire the entire home so it was grounded to current code….and that didn’t include the estimate for the plaster repair rewire every socket in the house! Victor could have easy confirmed the electrician that came before him. But he didn’t, he had a solution that is compliant with the current city code at a fraction of the cost with zero impact to my plaster walls. He is reliable, timely, honest, and above all ETHICAL! In a world full of contractor’s trying to milk every available from a job, I am so incredibly blessed to have found this gem. He also should receive a metal for dealing with an incredibly unreasonable tenant I had. Now, even if I’m in a blacked out house….I’ll wait a month for Libo Electric & Construction."
