"Jerry was able to stretch and clean 28 yr old carpet and make it feel and look like new carpet. He knew how to clean mohawk silk strand carpet. The dealer, where we bought it, did not know how to clean it. It looks like we just had it installed. We think he’s the best ever! Very professional, friendly, and fairly priced. "

"I would give 10 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ if possible. We have used many of the local chain carpet cleaning companies in Knoxville and our carpets were always left with residual staining. Carr’s got all of the tough stains (2 dogs & 2 cats) out. Our carpet looks amazing! Looks as good as new. Carrs will definitely be the only carpet cleaning company that we will ever use again."
