"I would give 10 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ if possible. We have used many of the local chain carpet cleaning companies in Knoxville and our carpets were always left with residual staining. Carr’s got all of the tough stains (2 dogs & 2 cats) out. Our carpet looks amazing! Looks as good as new. Carrs will definitely be the only carpet cleaning company that we will ever use again."

"ChemDry guy arrived in time, did a thorough and excellent job of cleaning (3 rooms of carpet). Very nice and even told us some helpful advice on other projects while he was working! (how to best clean walls if buying home from a smoker, and what kind of ceiling paint is best). Carpets are fresh and clean!. Will DEFINITELY use and refer this Chem-Dry husband and wife team again!!"
