They tore out the poorly installed drywall and insulation, installed new insulation, fixed some stubs, installed new drywall, textured, reinstalled 3 doors, installed exterior siding, replaced windows with siding and brick, ground down uneven flooring, installed trim and baseboards, painted interior and exterior, installed gutters, painted concrete floors. GM replaced and repaired the drywall and tile and even re-grouted the tiles on the bath walls for no extra charge.
