"I bought a big deal for light installation for $129 for a chandelier. Also a big deal for 2 hours of labor for $149 (not counting the chandelier) When Ryan came out he couldn't install the chandelier because he didn't have the ladder on his truck said was just looking at the job? He looked at front porch then said I needed 3 GFCI outlets and a one on the breaker was at $79 each(a little high). They had Fred come back to to the job. He installed the chandelier and did a good job. He was trying to find out why the porch outlets weren't working and after over an hour couldn't quite find out. He finally left and I called the office and Morgan scheduled Chris to come out. Chris came out and he figured it out as it was one of the bathroom outlets that had caused the problem. So he repaired the bathroom outlet and the porch one. Was very happy he figured it out."

"I had previously had an inside chandelier installed through a local company.  I also wanted to replace a ceiling  fixture on the front porch  and add a couple of coach lights outside. The electrician told me that a coach light could not be placed on the column by the front door, that it would be impossible to get wiring down through the column. There was no other logical place to put one so I decided to try someone else;  I went to Angie's list and called Mr Sanchez  who came out immediately to give me a quote. He assured me that he could indeed put a coach light on the column. He said he liked a challenge and could do things that other electricians shied away from. He also suggested that I add some up-lights to the front of the house since one coach light would not provide much light. He called me back with a quote for all of the work,  which seemed reasonable and his crew was able to complete the job the next day. <br /> There was a problem with the motion light on the porch ceiling, which didn't work because the up-lights were shining on it. I called him that evening and he sent someone the next day to reposition it. Once again there was a problem because it was so sensitive that passing cars were setting it off. His crew came out again and this time were able to solve the problem. <br /> I would definitely recommend this company.  They did most of the work when I wasn't home, had access to the inside of the house, and disturbed nothing. They showed up on time, and came back to resolve the situation with the motion light very quickly. <br />"
