Once we identified all the issues with the roof, his team started work on our timeline. They replaced the entire roof, repaired the inside damage on the wall and ceiling, and repaired additional damage on the shed, garage door, side door. In addition, after they were complete they cleaned up everything. They did such a good job we didn’t need to clean a thing. In every aspect of the job, they performed superbly."

"Superior Roofing did a phenomenal job. Let's give them some well deserved credit. They came when they said they would come. We had to wait for the rain you know, that wasn't anybody's fault. They completed the job 7/10/17. They completed it over that weekend. As a matter of fact, they worked a Saturday to complete the job. They finished Saturday 7/8/17 and brought me the bill Monday. It was an apartment building roof. I fully intend to use them when we do the rest of them. They were professional. They cleaned everything up. T hey had supervisor on site at all times. Just fantastic. These guy did a fantastic job. I am so happy with them, so pleased with them. I full well, intend on using them. We have 13 buildings here and we are going to do a major rehab. in the next few years. We are going on 20 years. "<p>Mr. Bill and his team has a very busy schedule; however, the company was able to schedule an estimate and time of repair for us.  He sent his figures and insured all of his repairs.  We were able to accomplish this all over the phone.  No office visits were need since we don't leave in town.  He gave us the best course of action to take with the repairs. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Prior to the repairs we had a brand new roof at time of purchase, but over the years shingles became loose and nails started popping out. On top of that, we had two layers of shingles.  Ugh - extra work.  Mr. Bill was very professional and the quote was reasonable as well.  He stated he can complete the job on a Saturday.  However, the team completed the job on a Friday before 2 pm.  The work was amazing. No debris was left hanging around.  The area was fully clean.  We meet him at the house and admire his work and I must say we a very please we selected this company.</p> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />"

"The work crew arrived on time, and, over approximately 3 days, removed the old roof, replaced damaged decking, replaced flashing, and put down deck felt, and repaired a damaged soffit.  The new roofing was the style and color I requested.  What I was equally impressed with was the clean up! <br />"

"Subcontractors were mostly good, but management of them was lacking. I had to personally supervise them because the on site contractor rarely stayed very long. Told the trim finish crew to leave because they did not know how to install crown molding. Got another crew that knew what they were doing. They never asked for periodic payments during the job (as is typical); presented one huge bill at the end. Holland homes builds nice homes, but I would not recommend them for small jobs like mine because you do not get the best crews and you have to wait for them to fit you into their schedule."

"<p>The workers arrived and went to work at 7am  and by12 noon the job was complete. The roof was perfect and they clean up all nails and old shingles.</p> <p> You may find someone that will give you a better price but you cant get a better job. They are the only roofing contractor I will use.</p> <br />"

"Our "only" negative comment about Ground Zero Shelters is that they do not come to a persons residence to give the sales pitch and demonstration. You must go to their showroom or see their product at a home show. This being said, we were extremely happy with the sales experience, reminders and installation of our shelter. They called about 10 days prior to the installation for a reminder, their installers called the day before and the morning of the installation to remind us that they would be at our home at the designated time. They showed up as promised and were completed with the installation in less than 1 1/2 hours time! Thank you Ground Zero!"
