"They painted outside of my house. They came and did a complete review of the house and submitted a quote. Started work as soon as the weather permitted and were they everyday it did not rain, Had a team that worked hard and cleaned up as they went. The only item they charged over the quote was to repair two chimmeys at a very reasonable price. Very professional and liked working with them."

"I work from home and he arrived to provide an estimate for the work, but did not call before arriving. I have 2 labs, and he left me a message that the estimate could not be done because of the dogs being in the back yard. I work from home, and would have brought the dogs into the house if he would have called. Also left a message with him about rescheduling, and did not get a call back. I've been an Angies List member for years, and provided nothing but good reviews in the past. It's very disappointing that Deck Pros will not reply to my email, or return my calls. 8/12/20- My response to Deck Pro's response: I provided Angie's List with email attachments and screenshots of my Outlook mailbox proving that the only reply from the service provider was on Friday, May 8th when my 2 labs were out on that specific day. I then responded with, "I'm very sorry to hear about that. Feel free to let me know approximately what time you will be by, or contact me directly by phone" within minutes of his email and included my home and cell phone. I also have a Ring doorbell, and there was no record of him ringing the doorbell Friday, or Saturday. No email or phone call from him since my last email was sent on Friday either. I tried leaving him a voice message a few weeks ago since the original request was part of an Angie's Deal and still needed my deck pressure washed, but still no reply which is the reason for my 'F' rating. Per my original review, I've been with Angie's List for years and never had a situation where the service provider did not contact me by phone. As someone who has been in customer service for over 30 years, it's imperative that you contact the customer directly by phone to setup the appointment, discuss the work that needs to be done, and build that relationship now and in the future. Unfortunately, this did not happen and Deck Pro's lost a customer as a result. Hopefully they learn from this experience and contact customers directly by phone in the future."

"MyM Painting (M&M is the correct name) promptly answered my request for an estimate. They were so pleasant and professional. I hired them that day. We set a date for the job and they arrived exactly on time. They painted our kitchen, living room, foyer and a hallway. And we are completely satisfied! We are so satisfied that we will have them paint our master bedroom in the fall. Because of our satisfaction we will have them paint any other jobs in the future. We are so happy we found them!"
