"We purchased a house knowing that it needed insulation.  No big deal, my husband could do that.  Sometimes accidents happen and you have to come up with a plan B.  After my husband fell through the ceiling on "insulation day, " we knew we would have to resort to plan B and hire the work out so my husband could heal.  I had no idea who to call, so I called Brad.  The phone call pretty much went like this: " Hey Brad, I know this isn't your usual gig, but would you be comfortable laying floor in my attic and spraying in insulation?  Oh, yeah, and I need you to bring down all the power tools, and install 1 last ceiling fan mount.  When my husband fell through the ceiling he was unable to grab his tools on the way down."  I was pretty sure he would say no, because falling through a ceiling is never fun, and really, who wants to risk it?  BUT, he didn't.  He told me that although he had insulated his own home, he had never done it for anyone else.  My prior experience with Brad on another job, led me to believe that he would be honest, professional, and easy to have in my house as my children and I got along with my day.  It was absolutely another great experience.  Brad showed up with a partner, who was equally as hardworking, and easy to have around (nice to the children and dog, clean..)  The guys got the job done and cleaned up after themselves.  It was another great experience.  I plan to keep Miller Property Services on my short list of people to call for their more typical outdoor work ad well as other things that may need to be done around the house."
