"Showed up 10 minutes before the beginning of the window, were super efficient and professional, got everything delivered and moved in without incident. The whole team was extremely friendly and patient, particularly when something was blocking the loading dock and they had to wait for someone to come move it. Move was about an hour place to place. "The move went very well. There are many large movers who will try to bundle your move into very large trucks and they may take up to a 7 days or more before your furniture and belongs arrive. However, G&J left the next morning and arrived in NC the next day which worked out well for us. The did have a little problem with one of their trucks and had to unload all of our things into another truck but they contacted us and let us know early that they were going to be late arriving and informed us of the approximate arrival time. They also advised us when they were within 30 minutes of arrival. All of their people worked very hard, they showed up on time and took extremely good care of moving boxes and our furniture was wrapped in blankets or plastic wrap as needed. The movers were nice, very professional and extremely polite. It all went extremely well and we were very pleased. Moving out of state can be very expensive but we thought the price charged by G&J was reasonable and they did an excellent job. The only comment that I have is that there was a maintenance issue with the truck which had all of our belongs packed on it but in all honesty they discovered the problem prior to leaving for NC which would have been really bad had they broke down on the road. Lastly, I know its not required but I was disappointed that the company did not follow up to make sure that everything had been fulfilled satisfactorily. However, all in all, I would use this company again and I would highly recommend their services."

"From first contact, Dan's Vans Moving did a great job! I was in contact with the owner immediately who listened to what I wanted moved and where. He got me scheduled on the day I requested (about a week out) and sent an electronic reminder of the appointment the day before. The truck and two guys showed up as scheduled, walked through to see what needed to be moved (I was taking things to 2 locations), loaded the truck so that the last location stuff went in first. They wrapped everything well to protect it and were careful not to damage the houses where the furniture was being delivered or removed. Very nice guys. I would definitely use this moving company again!"

Right from the start, Yuriy was very responsive and answered all my my questions. He was upfront about costs and sent a quote after our short phone call. When I requested he see my home to ensure the quote was accurate, we arranged a FaceTime call so he could readjust the quote if necessary. Yuriy is definitely an expert mover as his original quote was spot on! The companyâ s online system is great - we received reminder emails about the upcoming move as it got closer. The packers were scheduled to arrive between 8-10am, same for the movers. Both days I received a call at 0730 with an ETA of 0800, and both days they arrived on time. Nagi and his team did an outstanding job! There were 3 packers on day 1 and they worked non-stop! Nagi, â Bigâ Nagi, and Camilla were friendly, super efficient and thorough about protecting our furniture and delicate items as they packed up our 2600 sq ft townhouse in Alexandria. We moved into a single family home in Falls Church, about 10 minutes away. Our 5-person move team included our 3 packers from the day before, plus Vladimir and Dago. Everyone loaded and unloaded everything quickly (and in one day!) making sure to ask where things should go...and then relocating without complaints when I changed my mind!
