When they actually performed the work, they left a giant tree limb in my backyard, which I now somehow have to dispose of, and huge gouges in my front lawn (looks like their truck took a joy ride, despite my having more than ample driveway space). They assured me the lawn would "puff back up" when it rained, but of course it didn't, because that is not a thing. Instead, now I have nice lakes in my yard that should make for excellent mosquito feeding grounds in a few months. They promised to "send someone out" to look at the damage, but of course they didn't do that either. So in addition to paying (way too much) for tree trimming and removal, I get to pay to repair my lawn and figure out how to remove this tree limb from my yard."

"The whole process was very easy; after calling to schedule, they were actually able to come out the next day since they were in the area. The staff was very professional and took care to not damage some fragile beds and plantings. Two of the trees were very close to the fenceline, and everything was taken down expertly. One tree was a very large dead tree and it also was taken down skillfully. Everything was cleaned up very neatly; we had asked if they could also take a brush pile, which they did.
