We are able to work on just about any type of roofing substrate (surface). Dale has been roofing since the mid-1970's. He primarily dealt in metal roofing, but has been with the coating business since 2003. Dale will provide a fair bid to any potential client. At the time the contract is signed 50% is due. At the time of completion the remaining amount is due. We pride ourselves on our work and will provide a list of references upon request. Dale Johnson Commercial Roofing LLC. Most of our repairs last over 10 years. We focus on low-to-flat pitch roofs by doing the job right the first time while remaining cost-effective.
