Ralph took the time to answer any questions we had. He explained the various products used & levels of warranty available. We really appreciated the time Ralph spent explaining everything to us, all without pressure to buy. The day of install arrived & the team was on time & ready to work! One thing we liked was that there was someone there from Home Genius Exteriors during the whole time of install. Richard Bowan, the Install Manager, was there to oversee everything & he did an amazing job. They placed large tarps over all our landscaping & got right to work. Rich kept us updated on progress throughout the day & answered any questions we had. In addition to the new roof, we also had new gutters with leaf guards & downspouts installed. When the work was completed, we walked around the house with Rich. Everything was completely cleaned up; there was nothing left behind or out of place. Our home looks amazing. The new roof, gutters & downspouts really look beautiful. We loved our experience with Home Genius Exteriors, especially working with both Ralph & Rich. They were so professional & knowledgeable. "I discovered a roof leak a couple of weeks ago and being new to this area I did a computer search for roofers and Roof Solutions came up with good reviews. I called their number talked to Milker who was very helpful and courteous. Miller sent his field man Mike out to do an estimate that day. The estimate was very fair for a replacement roof, Miller was very patient working with the wife and I on selecting a new roof and financing. Mike and his crew arrived a couple of days later with all the materials, completed it in one day and did a great job of cleaning up. The new roof looks great I highly recommend Roof Solutions."

"Chris Allen (Washing Limitless) came out promptly to review the work I wanted done. A neighbor had recommended him to me. He gave me a fair estimate to clean the black algae off the roof, gutters, soffits, and fascias, of my 20-year-old house and detached workshop. We set a date for the work, and he did a thorough job, promising to return if any area did not come completely clean after a few rains. The algae had been heavy in places, and Chris made good on his promise. I was very pleased with the work. Roofing companies used to regularly leave business cards for replacing the roof, and I haven't gotten one since Chris cleaned it. I have recommended him to neighbors."
