I asked specifically if they vacuum. Julianne assured me they did. They did fine on the bathrooms, and did the best they could on the wood and laminate floors. However, when I went to steam clean the carpet, I I had a great deal of dust and hair left on the carpeting. My first impulse was to give them the benefit of the doubt, and thought they had an awfully weak vacuum. But then, I realized there was no vacuum patterns in the carpet. The dust and hair clogged up my steam cleaner. I'm very disappointed, and cannot recommend."
