"I can only suggest one thing - Call Richard for any painting or power washing projects. Don't walk, Run to your phone. This guys and his son were amazing. I was in a pinch to get a room painted, power washing deck, patio and pool area as I was in the process of selling my home. Rich came on time. Gave me a fair quote. And best of all was able to rearrange a few other projects to fit me in to what I would call a small window of time I had. Work was professional and clean. But wait there is more! Power washing of the deck took a bit too much color out (Rich had said he would be aware to keep the pressure down a bit). But when it was done it really needed to be stained. No hesitation. Rich knew it had to be stained. Again he re-arranged his scheduled and came on a SUNDAY to finish the project. Now I am not saying to expect this on every job. But the Lord was looking over me and out of Angie's list came RAP painting!! Run, don't walk to you phone."

"Great. Mike was thorough, efficient, and listened carefully. He was very interested in figuring out what was wrong. My fireplace had been shutting off intermittently. Mike checked all very carefully, downloaded the instruction manual for my system, and we decided to see if his cleaning and realigning solved the problem. So far it has. If not, I will certainly ask for him to return and replace the suspected bad part. All in all, highly recommended."

"A family owned business by 2 brother. Sam and Isa who are dedicated to maintaining the integrity of the high quality workmanship their father started many years ago. Professional, fair pricing, and very reliable from the estimate, start and to the completion of the job. They replaced a skylight window that was leaking as a result of a local handyman installing the wrong size and building it into a box. They also repaired all the sheetrock damage around it.
