"The best pricing for a 14 hour interstate move with two 26ft trucks and 4 men. Showed up early, did a great job packing the kitchen, moved plants and liquids (which some movers won't do) provided a complimentary tv box, mattress bag and 5 wardrobe boxes with the move. Would definitely use them again and recommend them for others. Please note that while their estimate was light for the number of hours expected, all are. While I needed to add an hour to other movers, I needed to add 4 hours to theirs. Key, with any mover estimate when comparing them is to normalize them for the same number of expected hours. I DON'T fault them for the low expected hours - that is hard to guess and having any mover pack for you is a tough variable to guess."

"The efforts of the movers who packed up my home went well; After speaking to Eli, I opted for the services that grouped my items for an interstate move, that stated items would arrive between 8-10 business days of the earliest move in date; after giving the date, it required several calls to coordinate the actual day. The second set of movers arrived at the appointed time then angled for a tip stating that there was an elevator charge of $300 (would it have been better to use the stairs to a 4th floor apt). Two small incidents with the move in-2 pieces of furniture were damaged, which I filed with the moving company, 3 months later no word on that claim, and, the movers failed to wash their hands after using my bathroom. Going forward, To have better control over the delivery and quality of work of the move effort, on both ends, I found it easier to coordinate the 3 phases of packing, moving and unpacking on my own; and hopefully I will see the funds from the insurance claim."

"PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I hired them for a personal move from NYC to Putnam County and they will sell you the stars and moons and claim to be the best in the business. Steve Eschebauer booked the move for us and Mary Purcell coordinate the local move. Once the movers arrived, it was clear to us that it would be enough man power to handle the move. The movers SEVERELY DAMAGED OUR BED BEYOND REPAIR. I submitted a claim to get some kind of compensation and because I didn't purchase extra insurance, the company will only refund you $.60 per lb. My bed is a $3,000+ bed and they offered to refund me $180 which was ridiculous. They want you to purchase extra insurance which costs almost the same amount of the actual move. Although Mary offered to help with this problem, the ultimate solution was to send a repair company to "fix" the bed by putting some nails through it. But truth be told, the bed is no longer the same and we are out both a bed and descent amount refund to be able to purchase another one. And to add salt to the wound, they emailed us to say that the bed was reapaired to our satisfaction when in reality the bed is broken beyond repair!!! This company is IRRESPONSIBLE and doesn't care whether your goods are damaged or not after they get paid! THEY ARE HORRIBLE AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY EVEN TO MY WORST ENEMY! SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE AND GO ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR MOVE!!"
