The staff all know the layout of the stor, and they always try to help the customers. The customer can go into the store and tell the staff member about their project, and they can tell them what they need, and will take the customer whe parts are, and one can leave the store with the parts and pieces for the project. "Berkelhammer Tree Experts was recommended to me by a family member who has used them for years. I had used a large company in the past, but was not pleased with the quality of service or billing accuracy. Fred Berkelhammer and the other employees in his small company are real experts, and Fred is always punctual at returning phone calls and a pleasure to talk with. I used them for several jobs last summer, and they put me in their system for work to be done on a large ash this spring, at the ideal time to work on the tree. They removed a number of dead limbs, thinned the crown, and cleaned up well. Last summer I had them take down a couple of large old trees before I had some solar panels installed. I was also very pleased with their work at that time. The only minor issue was that they forgot to remove a fairly small pile of brush, but it was not a big deal. When I mentioned this to Fred at some later point he was very apologetic and offered to come over to clean it up. I will definitely use this company for any of my future tree service needs, and for planting new trees. <br />"
