"We worked with Tony. Carlos was the crew supervisor for the job. They excavated approx. 2,400 sq. ft. of gravel driveway, added leafgro and topsoil, and installed sod. Also removed 6 fence posts. "The overall delivery of the planting and hardscape was good. A couple plants were obviously dead when planted so I had to call them to come back out to replant - which they did. I would have preferred they just didn't make it my problem in the first place. They also put in lighting and one of the lights still doesn't work. I already had one manager come out to check the lights and since I was not home (on a day he decided to show up that was not what we agreed to) - he was unable to confirm it doesn't work. Still haven't heard back from him. The overall project wasn't handled very seamlessly and customer service was very choppy. They do address issues when I have reached out to them, but it is a bit of a hassle. The only reason I would rehire them is that they guarantee their plants and frankly I am too lazy to find another landscaper."

He had lots of excellent ideas for the best types of shrubs and other plants, flowers, and trees to plant in a very sunny front yard, a very shady back yard, and deer everywhere. Mr. Chertock not only knew the best types of things to plant, he also had an eye for design, and suggested different layouts and shapings of the beds. There really was little landscaping there to begin with, so he was almost starting from scratch. He is excellent at communicating. He listened to what my preferences are, and really kept them in mind when suggesting what should be planted. He also kept me apprised of the progress of the project every step of the way. Mr. Chertock and his crew did a superb job of taking out old shrubbery, and creating beautiful beds with new shrubbery, flowers, and a flowering tree. I recommend Landscapes Plus very highly!"
