A. Wise Construction Co has been in business 14 years specializing in low maintenance decking, fencing and railing.

"It has been several months since I first contacted A Wise construction for a quote. Since I didn’t want the deck started until spring/summer 2022, I wasn’t in a big hurry for the quote. However, I was given a potential date he would stop over to measure. That date passed with a no show so, knowing he was busy, I called him again. He then set another date to stop by. He did arrive and we discussed my options. He then measured and told me he would send the estimate via email. After a month of no estimate, On Feb 22nd, I sent a text asking if he was still interested and when I would get the estimate. It is now end of April and, to my dismay, I have received no estimate nor a call/text back. In my opinion, this is one of the worst practices a business can do to a customer. If you don’t want the job, just say so. A two minute message would prevent all the customer’s grief and bad reviews for the company."

He demoed the old tile and kept the place as clean as possible. He suggested putting under cabinet lights in, and he did that also. He was fantastic at putting up my rather difficult tile.
