There was a discrepancy with the date and they never sent any kind of reminder…..text , call or email and then the next thing I know is there is a message on my phone one day that they were going to come out but because they could not reach us the appointment was cancelled and since I did not cancel the appointment myself I would have to pay a $75.00 service fee! The problem is how do you cancel an appointment from two years in the past ? I will send you the confirmation email they sent for the appointment! Problem is the appointment email confirmation is from 2 years ago and I did not use them then either because the handyman they sent could not do the job and he said exactly that so we did not hire him/them two years ago either!"
