"I have an 86 year old home I'm trying to sell. It had painted hardwood floors under paint that someone painted! What a crime! I had Tim come out and refinish all three of my bedrooms. Oh my goodness, once I saw the finished pro, I wished to God I had had Tim done my floors 8 years ago when I bought the home. He was fast, worked so hard to get the floors perfect. I just know I will get top dollar now for my home! I wonder if he will do my new home in Texas? You can't go wrong using Tim!"

"Our bathroom was outdated and cramped, so we decided to remodel with Ocean Seven Builders. Ron was involved throughout the process and made sure we understood each step. What stood out most was how organized everything felt once the work began. The team was respectful of our home and finished the project close to the expected timeline. The final result looks modern and much more functional!"

"Tom and Steve are fantastic to work with. They were very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. When I first met with Tom to start discussing plans I had several ideas and he was very honest about how far my budget would go and what I could actually do to maximize space. During demo they were always very prompt and kept the work site clean. They replaced all of my old plumbing, and because I discussed what I wanted to do with the kitchen they ran plumbing to where I want to move my fridge in the future. They also discovered many issues with the existing wiring, which they replaced and also explained very clearly what the issues meant and how they were going to fix it. I had a steam shower installed and used tile to do a wainscoting in both bathrooms. They did a wonderful job tiling, especially since it is an older home and they were single lay 3x5 tiles. Also the bull nose tiles I purchased wouldn't work and they came up with a solution on the fly that I absolutely love. They were also very good about responding promptly to questions. I would absolutely recommend you work with these guys they did a fantastic job and I will definitely work with them again.

"This husband and wife team were top notch! They were always "positive" to all of my requests concerning the painting of the exterior portion of my house. We are very happy with the ways the colors came out for the house. They were very reasonable in the cost of doing the painting job. Would definitely hire them again!"

"Great work! This company is very professional and honest. Ezra was the person that came over and did the inspection. We originally wanted to know if our house have any issue or problem with energy. His report was given after he did a 3 hours inspection thru the entire house and his workers covered any opening that can cause any problem. After the workers completed the
covering, He then ran a test with a special machine and took some screenshots of before and after. All the images were included in the report that cover everything. At the end of the report we were able to determine the problem in which it was not the big and Ezra gave us the option to fix it as well under a separate estimate.

"Joshua is really thorough and professional.  He stuck to his start time and gave approximate end times that he delivered.  His quote was accurate.   He sent pictures, kept receipts and delivered what he said he would do.
We had two changes that needed to happen that required some added labor and materials, but Joshua was cool about it.  He even came on a saturday to do a final walk through.  Which I thought was very cool.
The pergola went up quickly and was what I drew.
The changes inside the house he did very clean and neat.  He had to cut back an archway and then replace some tile.
I have no hesitation recommending him or using him in the future.

"We hired Juan for a wide range of projects including exterior staining, deck railing building, kitchen cabinet painting, and various carpentry work ? and he absolutely delivered on all of it. His craftsmanship is top-notch, and he truly can do it all. Juan was professional, efficient, and incredibly easy to work with throughout the entire process. It?s rare to find someone so skilled across so many trades, and we?re so glad we did. Highly recommend him for any home improvement project!"

"Went very well and finished before promised time."
