He charged me $600, only to find out later that this type of plumbing work requires a C-36 license, which he does not hold. The part he used cost only $66 at Home Depot, and I ended up paying a licensed plumber an additional $725 to fix the job and bring it up to code. This was not only a case of overcharging?it was unlicensed and unsafe work. When I asked for a refund, he ignored me. Extremely unprofessional and unethical. Do yourself a favor and avoid this business for anything beyond tree trimming. If someone is doing plumbing or irrigation without a proper license, "
