Zohar originally set me up with his architect that worked with me to plan the room addition. The addition was an extra room and extended the back of the house. The architect took care of basically everything from start to end. The total price for the work was a bit higher than my budget but it was absolutely worth it. All the materials and final products for the work were high grade and the workmanship too. Zohar and his working crews worked each day including some weekends in order to get stay behind schedule. "Art was extremely helpful and accommodating at every step of the project, from bidding through scheduling and even some additional work we needed a few weeks later. The team worked efficiently, doing a new main line install (going under our sidewalk and concrete without any demolition), re-piped the horizontal pipes under the house with copper (they were 100 year old galvanized), and setup a new shut off and regulator outside. They did everything in a day and cleaned up nicely. When we had other contractors working on our foundation 2 weeks later, they bent over backwards to get plumbers out the next day to make some fixes to drain pipe and at an excellent price.
