The work was performed in a timely manner and the agreed-upon price. During construction, they kept the site clean and free of excess debris. I recommend this company for your flagstone granite needs. In addition, they installed new concrete at my neighbors property, and the finish of the concrete work was outstanding. The workers were courteous and respectful of me as well as my neighbors."

"Having managed dozens of renovations over the years, both commercial and residential, I can say that Joe Messineo is the best contractor I have ever hired, in any craft. No minor distinction. A 3rd generation master stone mason, Joe is an old school modern craftsman who produces quality builds. I engaged him to demolish and rebuild virtually all of the hardscape at my home---driveway, side walkways, French drain, brick patio inserts, and over 150 feet of retaining walls. A 7-week job, with more than a few moving parts. Joe’s team, Enrique and Claudio, worked like stunt men in a choreographed manner, carefully removing thousands of pounds of old concrete and cinder blocks, positioning rebar and framing the sites for cement. The worksite was clean and orderly at the end of each day. Then, 2 generations of Messineo---Joe, with a guest appearance by his father, built a complex series of retaining walls and brick inserts, that will clearly last decades longer than the original work from 1959. Every line dead-level, every elevation plumb, and every surface finished perfectly. The concrete team that completed the job with 2 truckloads of wet mix, delivered flawless slabs of new surface. Their overall level of craftsmanship and professionalism is not often to be seen these days, and it deserves recognition when it arrives."

"Had an above average experience. For starters the project was finished so fast. I feel like when it comes to any kind of construction project I just expect the project to go way over schedule, this was not the case. The only problem I had was not being able to decide which styles to go with which took me some time to decide but after I knew what I wanted the designer was accommodating and flexible. I was told the back patio would be done in 7 days and it was. That was just one cool thing about it. The crew was super nice. There was no mess afterwards. Or while they were working on the pavers which has bugged me with other companies in the past. Pavers look great, they match the house. I wish I could do more to my yard but will definitely call back when I'm able to."

"This has been by far the easiest home project we've had done so far. Cipriano came for a consultation within days of my inquiry, discussed the pros and cons of artificial turf vs. sod in our yard (we have aggressive weeds), dropped off some turf samples the next day, and scheduled an installation for the next week. The  work was done with attention to detail - they made sure the underlying ground was level and filled it in with gravel and sand before carefully laying the turf so that there were no gaps at all - even though they were working with a very irregular space. It looks amazing and seems hardy. Best thing we've had done on the house so far (and we've done a lot!). Oh, they also helped me make a pathway through another part of the yard and I don't think they charged me for it! I can highly recommend this company to anyone considering artificial grass, and I'll bet they do a great job of sprinklers and sod as well.
