I am a local handyman and yard/house clean-up specialist. Things like trim work, flooring, and rough carpentry are my go-to as long with landscaping services such as material moving and off-hauling.

General handyman things, light electrical, landscaping, painting, plumbing and pretty much anything else. I also know my limits, so if there is something I am not 100% certain I can do up to standards then I will be honest. Cost is always negotiable with me.

"We needed to have some type of solution to what always turns into a muddy mess on the side of our house. James was very timely in arriving, he gave us many possible solutions and then a very competitive estimate. The work also included little things that we just are not capable of doing ourselves (i.e. clean the gutters, remove an overgrown wisteria, repair sprinkling system, etc. James sent two gentleman (Lorenzo and Rene) to do our job. He, himself, showed up to get them started and we were more than impressed with their work; Hispanic yet they both spoke perfect English. If you are lucky, as we were, to get these two guys, don't worry about anything. They do their job and they do it very well. Any deviation from perfect, they brought to us for discussion, i.e. our shed is not set exactly square so they had to cut pieces to fit. But, they cleared with us first. It was impossible to move the shed, but I was pleased that they did not just move forward without our input.. Now when we look our side window we see a beautiful paved area where mud was there throughout the winter months and weed throughout the summer. Oh, and by-the-way, they put back everything that had been moved while they worked. They cleaned up beautifully. You won't be disappointed with their work. James check in on them frequently."
